Pack Your Items: Make sure the items are securely packaged in their original packaging. Please include the RAN and a copy of your receipt in the package.

    Once we receive and review your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, we will process your refund within 7 business days and automatically transfer the funds to your original payment method.
  2. Delayed or Missing Refunds
    If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time for your refund to be officially credited.   3. Exchanges
